For AIESECers of all ages and backgrounds, the three letters MCP have become synonymous with leadership, positive impact, and inspiration. It was often a leader that the LC members looked up to or were inspired to follow. “MCP” was also among the first of many acronyms that new AIESECers tried to remember.

Many of these remarkable individuals have gone on to build impressive careers in a variety of fields and remained leaders in their community, company and industry.

We want to celebrate these people and share their story so you can connect with them, learn from them and be inspired to follow your path to new heights.
