AIESEC at the Viennese Ball

Recently, a group of cheerful student and alumni AIESEC members celebrated an exciting night in one of Vienna’s most beautiful locations, the “Hofburg Wien,” which was the residence of the former emperor of the Austrian Monarchy.

Every year, the business faculty of the University of Economics of Vienna, which is Europe’s largest business faculty with 35,000+ students, celebrates a stylish ball night at this venue; this time there were some 4,000+ participants.

AIESEC in Austria, together with its alumni, was able to welcome 50 guests from around the region. An exclusive ballroom was reserved, the “Trabantenstüberl,” where all the ball guests had the perfect atmosphere for enjoying the night until 04:30 a.m.

The weekend offered some interesting side activities, such as a dinner with Austrian national leadership, a dancing class, a gathering in one of Vienna’s most famous coffee houses, the Cafe Landtmann, and a brunch on Sunday morning at the Castle Bellevue.

Susanne Pfeuffer, Marco Villa and Alexander Tichy from the AAI Executive Board used this opportunity to sit together during the weekend and continue the development of the upcoming endeavors.

What a great event; congrats to AIESEC in Austria and its alumni!
