Sincerest Thanks to our Global AIESEC Community

AGR Facebook PortraitThe holiday season is now in full force for so many of us around the globe, and it’s a great time to reflect on how lucky we are to be AIESECers. As members of the AIESEC Community, we truly have so much to be grateful for.

Our global experiences which make us so adaptable and culturally sensitive, our shared worldview and values as global citizens, the transformational impact that AIESEC has had on our careers, our enduring friendships and shared capital of trust – these are just a few of the ways that our lifelong connection to AIESEC has profoundly shaped our lives. How lucky we are!

I am very grateful to our alumni around the globe who are leading AIESEC Alumni forward, whether it be locally, nationally, regionally or as a part of the AAI team. Your support for The AAI Transformation project and willingness to align your efforts with our global cause are greatly appreciated. Thank you for your countless hours of hard work and dedication to our shared vision!

We are also very grateful to AIESEC itself, and in particular, to our partners at AIESEC International. I am so inspired by their shared commitment to activating the global alumni leadership network and transforming it into a powerful force for positive change. Our work on the Global AIESEC Leadership Initiative will bring our two organizations ever more closely together in the coming years.

As a global movement of multi-generational and cross-cultural global citizens, we are a remarkably powerful AIESEC Community!

As we move into 2016, there is nothing but excitement ahead for AIESEC Alumni. The launch of AlumNet and rapid growth of our global online community, the engagement of AIESECers around the globe in our signature programs and events, the impact that AIESECers are going to have in business, government, social enterprise and education – 2016 is going to be a remarkable year for AIESEC Alumni around the globe!

My best wishes to each of you for a wonderful holiday season, and for a Happy New Year.

Warm regards,

Andrew G. Rowe
President, Executive Board
