Around 100 highly committed Russian AIESEC alumni came together from all over the world to gather for the traditional Alumni Spring Conference, which was held on the outskirts of Moscow, at the Arturs Spa Resort.

It was a family friendly event, and many took the opportunity to bring their beloved ones and thus enlarge our network as well share some AIESEC XP and feel.

The agenda combined keynote speeches, working groups in “masterclass style” setting, as well as networking. There was also enough free time for individual reconnections  and catching up.

PAAI Alex Tichy delivered a global update and focused on the importance of the integration between the global association and the alumni in Russia. The latter is a well-organized group of committed alumni whose input is both highly appreciated and needed.

Youth AIESEC leadership was represented by MCP Anna Konovalova, who shared a status update with her fellow alumni and used the opportunity to network and enjoy the atmosphere of the large lifelong AIESEC Family.

In short, well organized, committed, motivated, and engaged people with a plan and who are determined to move forward are a great resource.
