“Converging Perspectives” – AIESEC Alumni Congress in Vienna, Austria

Dear AIESEC alumni,

I am writing to invite you to join us in mid-October in beautiful Vienna at our AAI Congress, which is part of the Regional AIESEC Alumni Conference with the theme “Converging Perspectives”.

This is our next opportunity to join other committed alumni from the region and from around the world to connect and collaborate on crucial decisions in the following areas of the AAI Transformation Project for unleashing AIESEC’s global alumni potential:

  • Deciding on an integrated alumni organizational model for AAI, Regional Alumni Associations and National Alumni Associations
  • Deciding on AAI’s future governance model, which may include succession planning, a move towards global virtual voting and greater regional representation
  • Finalizing the funding model that will bring our collective impact to the next level

…and all of this is in addition to the very exciting program being planned by our hosts at AIESEC Alumni Austria.

The schedule is as follows:

Thursday, October 10
Working Groups
International Startup Meeting (ISUM)

Friday, October 11
AAI Congress, where we will make important decisions, including statutory (legal) changes that we will circulate to members with the convocation one month in advance.

Saturday, October 12
Alumni Impact Day with keynote of famous Austrian Alumni Dieter Langenecker and many more.

Sunday, October 13
Farewell with traditional Viennese breakfast.

Click here to register now and help shape the future of AAI and our global alumni effort!  The registration deadline is September 9.  Please don’t hesitate to reach out to Susanne Pfeuffer with any questions.

I look forward to seeing you in Vienna!

AIESECly yours,
David Epstein
