I developed leadership to foster strategy alignment to brands, commercial & customer service excellence, teamwork skills running multi-disciplinary teams, building and developing human resources, creative and innovative skills, strategic vision to set up long term objectives and anticipate trends, persuasive communication and influencing skills, diplomacy and negotiation ability, project management, flexibility and management of change.|
|What, specifically, would you most like to work on as an EB member?||Develop entrepreneurship ecosystem in Latin America, helping young people develop new competencies, find project and job opportunities in order to decrease unemployment scenario among them.
