|Professional Career||I am a Partner of Training Factor, an international consulting group specialising in leadership and innovation and the owner and Managing Director of a boutique venture firms specialising in equity investments in high-potential start-up businesses. Prior to my consulting efforts I was involved in managing the global office of PwC, where I have also been the initiator and manager of the global leadership development program for high potential partners. I am a business angel and a co-founder of Italian Angels for Growth, the largest angel group in Italy.|

|What is your vision for AAI?||To fully awake the sleeping giant and become bigger, better, more relevant and more connected than any other Alumni organisation on the planet could ever dream to be.|
|What skills and perspective would you bring to the Executive Board?||As a seasoned corporate trainer and guest lecturer on leadership and innovation, I believe I can actively contribute to AAI’s effort towards the Global Alumni Leadership Initiative. My experience in creating innovation ecosystems can be beneficial for the growth of the ISUM initiative. Generally speaking, I am known for making things happen and the fact that I am on the road for almost 300 days every year can be helpful to connect with Alumni worldwide and promote AAI and its various initiatives.|
|What, specifically, would you most like to work on as an EB member?||I believe the fact that I constantly visit different countries can be a real asset, that can be exploited in accordance with the indications of the EB. Other than that, I have a specific interest for GALI, ISUM and A Groups.|
