A great organization is made out of great leaders, which, when combined with passion, energy, and positive values becomes larger than the sum of it’s constituents.

National Alumni Associations (NAAs) play a critical role in our global organization, by developing and nurturing alumni membership, programs and events, creating vibrant communities that provide alumni lifelong connection to AIESEC.

In order to achieve our goals under the AAI Transformation Project, it is vital that we harness the power of AIESEC Alumni networks in all countries where AIESEC is present, and build them into effective alumni organizations.

Are you an alumni leader?  Are you in a country that does not have an NAA yet?  If so, consider taking the lead and building an NAA in your country.

Taking on the role of NAA leader will allow you to become a key member of your local Alumni community and increase your own personal network among a diverse group of people – many of whom are in positions of influence.  You’ll be able to reconnect with old friends and make new connections – all with the unifying values of AIESEC.

It’s also an opportunity to give back and help our organization move forward.

AAI is there to support you at every step of the process, with a dedicated NAA development team in partnership with regional and national alumni associations, as well as documentation and best practices.
