Elected Members

Alexander Tichy, President

Alex has been working in the fields of Marketing & Communications for the last 25 years. He is running and co-owning as Managing Director a Group that is delivering integrated Services in the fields of Market Research, Advertising and PR, active in 9 countries in Europe with a Focus on CEE. During his Student AIESEC days he was EB member in Vienna at the Business faculty, MCVP in Austria and working with AI supporting the Teams during 1996-2000.After becoming AIESEC Alumnus he was President of AIESEC Alumni Austria from 2000-2003.

Marco Villa, Vice President

Marco is a Professional Speaker and Training Consultant with 25 years of experience working at the international level. He is also a seasoned entrepreneur and angel investor, and a Co-Founder and Partner of the main angel group in Italy. Before becoming and active alumnus, Marco has been an active member of AIESEC at the local, national and international level and has been inducted in the AIESEC Hall of Fame in 2004.

Susanne PfeufferSusanne Pfeuffer, Treasurer & Secretary

Susanne Pfeuffer from Germany is a financial advisor. She joined AIESEC in Mainz, Germany, was a trainee in Mexico, and has served as President of AAI, President of AAG (Germany). Her vision for AAI is to continue the AIESEC spirit on the local, national, regional & global levels.

Beatrice Pesci, Conference Director AAIC 2019

Beatrice Pesci has been working for over 25 years in the Telecommunications field where she covered several management positions becoming an expert in internal control, compliance and knowledge management. Before joining AAI EB she has been AIESEC Alumni Italy President leading the organization to become the second largest NAA in Europe. She served AIESEC Italy between 1987 and 1990 as National trainer, LCP and VP Finance in Rome La Sapienza and was an Aiesec trainee in Japan. She strongly believes that the biggest impact of AIESEC is the AIESEC Alumni spread out in the world and that AAI should be a place where people who leave AIESEC can continue to make a positive impact in society promoting peace and intercultural understanding and to develop their leadership during their entire life In order to do this, she wish to contribute to the AAI development by creating an environment of mutual trust and positive atmosphere; a virtual and real place where people can connect, contribute, collaborate and get involved.

Andrew RoweMariel Rivera, Head of Programs & AlumNet Platform communications

Mariel Rivera, is a young Business Management Engineer, activism dreamer, social entrepreneur, and energetic business consultant who has a track record of increasing revenue and enhancing productivity. Specializes in Partnership development and Corporate social responsibility. She truly believes that the collective work can change the reality that we live in and that is our responsibility for the generations to come. In AIESEC, she started the  local chapter of Sonora State,  she serves as Vice president of Busines development at AIESEC Mexico and her last role was  Regional Partnership Development director for Americas continent, working with a network present in 20 countries and engaging companies/organizations to order to contribute to the sustainable development goals through leadership development experiences for young people.

Anuj Khosla, Head of Membership & Organizational Development

My focus will be on enhancing the membership benefits of the association, providing support for NAA and RAA development and growth and working with members at all levels to build up to an efficient, fully functional and relevant association. I have been working with the EB for several years as Director of Membership and during that time attended several international and regional Alumni conferences.

Alberto Ziehl, Head of Partnerships & Conference Director AAIC 2020

My main role in the EB Will be to find other organizations either in the public, private or social sectors, with which AIESEC ALUMNI may share values, similar or synergetic mission; and try to establish partnerships that strengthen our association and provide value to our members.

Abdelrahman Ayman, PAI 2017-2018

Abdelrahman was brought up in a single parent household in Cairo, Egypt and learned about
the importance of suppor:ng and caring for his five younger sisters. This has shaped him to
become a person that con:nuously shows great care and passion for his community through
empowering and developing others.

As a Pharmacy graduate from Cairo University, his journey towards sustainable development started since his early days at university by leading a small project team working towards eradicating poverty in his community with UNDP. He later on became a member of Enactus, taking on various positions and eventually becoming its chapter president. In his final year of
university, Abdelrahman founded the Student Union in the Clinical Department within Faculty of Pharmacy.

Upon graduation, Abdelrahman worked as a research associate with the aim of increasing cancer patient survival rates at the children’s cancer hospital in Egypt. He also created a startup with three other partners called the Leadership Factory to align with his passion of making the concept of leadership development accessible among youth. In addition to that, he has undergone over 1000 hours of formal and informal training for youth in different seNngs, aimed at improving youth empowerment and leadership development through his involvement with AIESEC, a youth-led organization striving to achieve peace and fulfillment of humankind’s potential by achieving leadership qualities in youth through learning from practical experiences in challenging environments.

Currently, Abdelrahman is the Global President of AIESEC. Under his leadership, AIESEC facilitates a network of cross-cultural exchanges, delivering over 41,000 volunteering and professional experiences with a youth base of more than 49,000 members from 126 countries and territories.

Eventually, Abdelrahman would like to pursue a career in the field of social entrepreneurship where he is able to fill the most crunching gaps in society by being an opportunity creator rather than an opportunity seeker.
