The Associate Programme is the perfect launch-pad for your purpose-driven career. It’s a one year programme that combines paid work with professional and personal development.

You work in two purpose-oriented organisations like Big Society Capital or the Ellen MacArthur Foundation for six months each, where you take on new challenges and use your existing skills to solve key problems for the organisations. You meet a mentor fortnightly and an executive coach every quarter. Every Friday afternoon in training you hear from experts from diverse sectors who share their knowledge and experience with you and your cohort. There are more than 1,500 Associates, placements, mentors, coaches and trainers across London, Paris and Berlin all of whom contribute to building a sustainable economy.

For your year of training and development, you are paid a salary of £22.5k. Applications close on Sunday 19th November 2017.
