It is my pleasure to present to you our May Newsletter. In this edition we want to draw your attention to the ongoing preparations for our AAIC which will take place in Cartagena/Colombia, from July 8th to July 11th, 2017. For those still considering attending, please make sure you can arrange it in your schedule and spend some unforgettable moments with us.
You will also find an update on recent Conferences, such as the RAC in Cote d’Ivoire , RAC in Peru and the AIESEC Alumni Russia Spring Conference (#AARSpring17). Our European Alumni Leadership is preparing for the European RAC, which will take place in Roccamare/Italy from May 18th through the 21st, 2017. Also of note is the upcoming RAC for the Asia Pacific region, taking place in Hong Kong from 23th to June 25th, 2017.
Living in a world that’s fast moving, with a more and more virtually driven environment it feels even more important to dedicate time for physical meet-ups whenever the possibility is given and cherish those moments together. This is as well an important part of what our life stories are made up from.
One of our respected EB members, Agnieszka Ciećwierz, has decided to resign from her position within the current executive board for personal reasons. While we will miss Aga’s substantial contributions we support her decision and wholeheartly wish Aga all the best in the next stage of her individual lifelong AIESEC journey. It’s good to know that Aga will stay around, keeping on to support AIESEC best possibly.
