Just a few weeks ago, some 160 passionate AIESEC alumni came together in the beautiful Roccamare Resort, located on the breathtaking coast of Tuscany.

With the outstanding support of general hotel manager, Attilio Di Scala, an AIESEC Alumnus, it was possible for Toto Lombardo, Beatrice Pesci, and their team to organize an outstanding four-day conference. (See picture below)

Peter Mandl, now recently re-elected President of AAE, along with his team, created an excellent agenda of both powerful and enjoyable sessions. AAI was represented by its treasurer, Marco Villa, an Italian AIESEC Alumni icon and Hall of Famer, along with PAAI, Alexander Tichy, to deliver an international update to the European community and gather input for the upcoming AAIC in Cartagena.

It was a great opportunity to do so since Marco Villa (the Conference Manager for AAIC), and Fabio Sgaragli (the Chair/Master of Ceremony for AAIC) are involved in the conference planning and delivery.

It was incredible to see how fast a region can develop and what dynamics can be created within a short period.

In addition to working hard during the day, every evening was enjoyed with conversations, dancing, and cherishing quality time until the early morning hours.
