AIESEC Alumni Magic

Dear Friends,

AGR Porto (1)For those of you in our network who have never been to an international AIESEC Alumni event before, I only wish that could have joined us for the magical experience that we just lived together in Porto, Portugal last week.

What was most gratifying was to meet so many first-time attendees from around the world, who decided to come see what our global alumni movement is all about.  To put it mildly, they were not disappointed.  Virtually all of them expressed how great it was for them to reconnect with their AIESEC roots, make new friends and discover what it means to experience lifelong connection to AIESEC first-hand.

When AIESECers come together from around the globe at these gatherings, there is an immediate connection between them based on our shared values and experiences.  Friends who haven’t seen each other in many years act as if they were never apart.  New connections are forged almost instantly, as alumni realize how much they have in common with each other.

As our network continues to grow, we will offer more opportunities for alumni to connect with each other at international events, as well as regional meetings.  If you missed us in Porto, mark your calendars and plan to join us at the AAIM/AAAPC in Delhi, India, August 27-30, 2015, to be held at the AIESEC International Congress.

AIESECly Yours,

Andrew G. Rowe
President, AAI
