Please describe your AIESEC Alumni experience and accomplishments.
In Turkey, as Alumni we are always with our LCs. We are attending to LC’s organizations and General Assembly to vote for VPs. Leading the LC whenever LC needs us. Giving advice and keeping traditions going. Since January 2017 I am a content manager of
AlumNet.org. Every week we have been writing articles about SDGs to take attention to World problems. By my initiative, our articles turned to an e-book on amazon.com. And translated to Turkish, Japanese and Vietnamese to publish as a book. AIESEC is for life.
Always want to be a part of it. And this is the next level!
Please describe your professional experience and accomplishments.

1 year as a project specialist at a private school Different sectors, different locations, managers, co-workers, customers, difficulties, problems, advantages gave me a wide perspective. From the bottom to the top. With patience. Experience is my
guide to find my way. And now time to go for the better one. For the next level!
What is your vision for AAI?
I am thinking that AAI is not known even by Alumni enough. AAI must reach to all alumni. I will spend my time to reach all of them with the support of MCs. I would like to see them as member and part of AAI. After that with the support & power of alumni from all around the world, AAI could be one of the most valuable international organization. It is valuable organization already but will be more known and strong.
What skills and perspective would you bring to the Executive Board?
As I said, I have worked at different sectors. I have learned many different things. I am thinking that I have good communication, project management, time management, team management skills and have strong empathy skills as my co-workers told me. Working with different kind of customers during my career gave me the ability that how to solve problems. What customers want and how to provide it.
So, I can easily make empathy from both sides. If I am elected, as a part of the marketing team, I will use my empathy skill and reach to people and provide what they need. AAI will be more reachable and touch everybody’s hearts with my hard effort.
What, specifically, would you most like to work on as an EB member?
I will work on recognition of AAI most. As I mention before, in Turkey alumni are still very effective on LCs, very active. But I have never heard about AAI’s existence, activity or anything else until I joined to AlumNet. AAI will be most known organization, and everybody will want to be part of it with my effort.
Are you willing and committed to undertake responsibility for developing, implementing and overseeing specific tasks at AAI?
Yes – This is what I want to do at AAI. Being part of a team always make me happy and proud. I always want to be part of solution and development. I will take care of AAI as much as caring a baby. To see baby’s development will make me proud and happy.
Will you be able to attend two in-person meetings per year and participate in weekly calls?
Yes – Now, I am looking for a job, so I have time for meetings. When I find a job, I can schedule my work. I do not think I will have any problem for meetings.
