Alexander Tichy, President

Alex has been working in the fields of Marketing & Communications for the last 25 years. He is running and co-owning as Managing Director a Group that is delivering integrated Services in the fields of Market Research, Advertising and PR, active in 9 countries in Europe with a Focus on CEE. During his Student AIESEC days he was EB member in Vienna at the Business faculty, MCVP in Austria and working with AI supporting the Teams during 1996-2000.After becoming AIESEC Alumnus he was President of AIESEC Alumni Austria from 2000-2003.

Juan Martin Branchi, Vice President

HR / Organizational Development & Alumni to World

Martín from Argentina founded his own HR consulting business in the northeast region of Argentina, has worked for large international corporations as well as for regional SMEs.  He specializes in finding and developing the right talent and coaching leaders in their transformation efforts. He was MCVP HR, has chaired a number of conferences for AIESEC, and has helped with the launch of AIESEC in his hometown of Corrientes, where he is currently coaching its EB.

Marco Villa, Treasurer

Marco is a Professional Speaker and Training Consultant with 25 years of experience working at the international level. He is also a seasoned entrepreneur and angel investor, and a Co-Founder and Partner of the main angel group in Italy. Before becoming and active alumnus, Marco has been an active member of AIESEC at the local, national and international level and has been inducted in the AIESEC Hall of Fame in 2004.

Krisztian Hackl, Secretary, AlumNet & IT

Krisztian is a consultant and an entrepreneur with experience in several different fields. Former VPX of AIESEC in Hungary, trainee in South Africa, director of sales for financial corporations, consultant on Health Economics, and author to popular business books – currently involved in fashion.
At AAI-EB his responsibilities cover Programmes, AlumNet and future Corporate Partnerships, as well as the responsibilities of the Official Secretary of the Organisation.

Verineia Codrean, Head of Marketing & Communications

Verineia is in charge with Marketing, PR & Sales department at a large Wine importing company in the South of China where she leads pioneering development concepts through innovative partnerships. Prior to that she developed wine programs for a top American cruise line company. Business Storytelling & Public Speaking coach. She was in AIESEC Romania between 2006-2008.

Andrew RoweAgnieszka Ciećwierz, RAA / AI Support

Agnieszka has been working in the international tourism area in South America, leading groups of travellers in off-road, indigenous and high altitude destinations. Back in AIESEC, she was in charge of Incoming Exchange and Talent Management, and was a volunteer in China and Peru. She has been leading the Local Alumni Coordinators project in Poland and is actively supporting Polish Alumni Association and her hometown committee in Lodz. Her idea for AAI is to enhance its relevancy on regional and national levels by means of effective communication.

Susanne Pfeuffer

Susanne Pfeuffer, RAA / Sec. Support

Susanne Pfeuffer from Germany is a financial advisor. She joined AIESEC in Mainz, Germany, was a trainee in Mexico, and has served as President of AAI, President of AAG (Germany). Her vision for AAI is to continue the AIESEC spirit on the local, national, regional & global levels.

Andrew Rowe

Andrew Rowe, Past President, Fundraising and AlumNet Support

Andrew Rowe is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience building and leading businesses in technology, healthcare and heavy industry.  He is CEO of a technology-based healthcare services company.   He was LCP of George Washington University in 1978, started AIESEC Costa Rica, served as Vice President at AIESEC International and is an International Senior Member.

Niels Maurice Caszo, PAI 2016-2017

Born and raised in Mumbai, India, Niels hopes to one day redefine what it means to be a “billionaire:” positively impacting the lives of a billion people. The most recent step in achieving this impact came in February, 2016 where he was elected to the Presidency of AIESEC International by the presidents of AIESEC member committees. Niels is the final responsible for leading the global strategy, the operations and the leadership body of the organization in over 122 countries and territories and with over 70,000 members worldwide. AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-led organization whose mission is peace and fulfillment of humankind’s potential. They do this by creating challenging opportunities for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential. Niels has dedicated himself to this mission since 2009. He was formerly the Vice President for Product Innovation on the Global team and before that the President for AIESEC In the United States. He has spoken at numerous events such as Asian Development Bank Annual Meeting and Asian Youth Forum, NEXUS Global Youth Summit, AIESEC International Congress etc. Having a degree in Economics and Commerce, Niels is a young leader passionate about development of leadership potential and international outlook of today’s youth.
